To determine which SXSW badge holders will be admitted to these shows, SXSW will conduct ticket drawings, which grant priority entry for badge holders only. No other credentials are eligible to enter these drawings. Tuesday night’s show will be open to all badge types. All following shows will be available to Music and Platinum badges only. Each winner may bring a guest, but the guest must also have a SXSW Badge.
To enter a drawing badge holders will have their badges scanned at a location TBD the Austin Convention Center.

After the drawing ends, the randomly-selected winners will be sent an email with further instructions no later than 12 hours before the show. Winners will be instructed where to obtain their tickets for the shows while they last. Entrants who are not selected will also be notified by email at this time.
All winners are able to bring a plus one. However, this person must also have a SXSW badge.
A limited number of SXSW wristbands may also be eligible for tickets through a separate process which will be announced closer to the dates of the shows. Watch your email.
If you can’t be there in person, you can still get a front-row seat—just stream the shows live or after the performances in the iTunes Store. You can also watch the concerts on the big screen with Apple TV—just select iTunes Festival from the main menu or stream via Airplay with the official app.

1. How do I enter the drawing?SXSW badge holders can have their badge scanned at the Austin Convention Center during the entry times listed above for each show.
2. Where and when will I be picking up my ticket?Drawing winners will be notified by email when and where to claim their tickets.
3. Will individual tickets be sold at the door?No.
4. Can I enter the drawing if I do not have a Platinum or Music badge?For the Tuesday night show, all SXSW badges may enter the drawing. All other nights are only available to Music and Platinum badges.
5. If I win a ticket in the drawing can I bring my plus one?Yes. However, your plus one must also have the correct badge for that show. You must come pick up your tickets together.
6. Does my plus one have to be with me to pick up their ticket?Yes.
7. What if I win the drawing, but can’t go? Can I give my ticket to my friend?No. Tickets will need to match your credential which will also be scanned at the doors of the venue. There will be no transfers.
8. Why are there so many rules?To avoid any way that tickets can go to scalpers.
9. Is there an age restriction for these shows?Yes, you must be 18 or older to attend these shows.
10. How early do I need to get in line for good seats?All ticket locations are good and will be randomly distributed at ticket pick-up.
11. When will I be notified?No later than 12 hours before the shows.
12. Can I enter the drawing more than once?No. You are only allowed to enter each drawing once.
13. Can I leave the venue and come back later?No. This is a live event and there will be no “ins and outs.” All exits are final.
